Colds are viral infections. The most common viral infection is rhinovirus. Their symptoms are: stuffy nose and mouth, headache and nasal congestion. The symptoms of pneumonia are: wheezing, high fever and cough, explains Dr. Michelle Brewster, Internal Medicine Physician with Baptist Health South Florida.
