“We don’t know what these processed foods are doing to the lining of our intestines, but we have been noticing an increase in allergens,” she points out.

She highlights the way we are processing foods and changing the foods seems to be linked with how it is affecting our body, so you might not have a reaction to shellfish and suddenly you are allergic.
